Pros
Pros? There are practically none. If I really had to say something, the coworkers are pretty good.
Cons
There are tons of cons—so many they’re overwhelming. Why? The boss is a typical exploitative employer: making grand promises, emotionally manipulating employees, requiring overtime without paying overtime wages, and paying only 1,463—the absolute minimum wage stipulated by the labor bureau. It’s terrible: exhausting work, little money, and a lousy boss. The boss spends all day pretending to be familiar with you and putting themself on a pedestal.
