Pros? There are practically none. If I had to name something, the colleagues are pretty nice.

There are tons of cons—way too many to count. Why? The boss is a typical exploitative employer: makes empty promises, uses emotional manipulation, requires overtime without paying overtime wages, pays only 1,463—the absolute minimum wage stipulated by the labor bureau—which is awful. The work is exhausting, the pay is low, and the boss is a complete jerk. The boss spends all day pretending to be familiar with you and putting himself on a pedestal.
