Pros: There are practically none; if I really had to say something, the colleagues are pretty nice.

Cons: There are tons—so many they’re practically endless. Why? The boss is a typical exploitative employer: makes empty promises, uses emotional manipulation, requires overtime without paying overtime wages, and pays only 1,463—the absolute minimum wage stipulated by the labor bureau. The job is terrible: exhausting, low-paid, and the boss is awful. All day long, the boss just pretends to be familiar with you and constantly puts himself on a pedestal.
