Pros? There are practically none. If I had to say something, the coworkers are pretty nice.

There are tons of downsides—way too many, enough to drive you crazy. Why? The boss is a typical exploitative employer: makes grand promises, emotionally manipulates employees, requires overtime without paying overtime wages, and pays only 1,463—the absolute minimum wage stipulated by the labor bureau—which is terrible. The work is exhausting, the pay is low, and the boss is awful. The boss spends all day pretending to be familiar with you and putting himself on a pedestal.
