Pros? There are practically none. If I had to say something, the only one is that the colleagues are pretty nice.

There are tons of cons—way too many, enough to drive you crazy. Why? The boss is a typical exploitative employer: makes empty promises, uses emotional manipulation, requires overtime without paying overtime wages, pays only 1,463—the absolute minimum wage stipulated by the Labor Bureau—which is terrible, and the job is exhausting, the pay is low, and the boss is awful. The boss spends all day pretending to be familiar with you and putting themselves on a pedestal.
