Pros: There are practically none. If I had to name one, the colleagues are pretty good.

Cons: There are so many—an overwhelming number. Why? The boss is a典型 exploitative employer: makes empty promises, uses emotional manipulation, requires overtime without paying overtime wages, and pays only 1,463—the absolute minimum wage stipulated by the labor bureau. It's awful: exhausting work, little money, and a lousy boss. The boss spends all day pretending to be familiar with you and putting himself on a pedestal.
