Pros? There are practically none. If I really have to say something, the colleagues are pretty nice.
There are tons of drawbacks—so many they’re practically explosive. Why? The boss is a typical exploitative employer: making empty promises, emotionally manipulating employees, requiring overtime without paying overtime wages, and paying only 1,463—the absolute bare minimum wage stipulated by the labor bureau—which is terrible. The work is exhausting, the pay is low, and the boss is a total jerk. The boss spends all day pretending to be familiar with you and putting himself on a pedestal.
