Pros
Pros? There are practically none. If I really had to say something, the coworkers are pretty nice.
Cons
There are tons of drawbacks—so many it’s absurd. Why? The boss is a typical exploitative boss: makes grand promises, uses emotional manipulation, requires overtime without paying overtime wages, and pays only 1,463—the absolute minimum wage stipulated by the Labor Bureau. It’s terrible: exhausting work, little money, and an awful boss. The boss spends all day pretending to be familiar with you and putting himself on a pedestal.
