Pros? There are practically none. If I really had to say something, the colleagues are pretty nice.

There are a huge number of cons—far too many to count. Why? The boss is a typical exploitative employer: makes grand promises, uses emotional manipulation, expects overtime without paying overtime wages, and pays only 1,463 under the minimum wage regulations set by the Labor Bureau—absolutely awful. The work is exhausting, the pay is low, the boss is a jerk, and all day long the boss just pretends to be close to you while constantly putting themselves on a pedestal.
