Pros: There are practically none. If I had to say something, the colleagues are pretty nice.

Cons: There are a ton—so many they could explode. Why? The boss is a typical exploitative employer: makes empty promises, uses emotional manipulation, requires overtime without paying overtime wages, and pays only 1,463—the absolute minimum wage stipulated by the Labor Bureau—which is terrible. The work is exhausting, the pay is low, and the boss is a jerk. All day long, the boss just pretends to be familiar with you and keeps putting themself on a pedestal.
