Pros? There are practically none. If I had to say something, the colleagues are pretty nice.

There are tons of drawbacks—way too many, enough to drive you crazy. Why? The boss is a typical exploitative boss: makes empty promises, uses emotional manipulation, doesn’t pay overtime, and pays only 1,463—the awful minimum wage stipulated by the labor bureau. The work is exhausting, the pay is low, and the boss is a complete jerk. All day long, the boss just pretends to be familiar with you and keeps putting themself on a pedestal.
