Pros? There are practically none. If I had to say something, the coworkers are pretty nice.

There are tons of disadvantages—way too many to count. Why? The boss is a typical exploitative employer: makes empty promises, uses emotional manipulation, requires overtime without paying overtime wages, and pays only 1,463, which is the minimum wage stipulated by the labor bureau—absolutely terrible. The work is exhausting, the pay is low, and the boss is a complete jerk. The boss spends all day pretending to be familiar with you and constantly putting themself on a pedestal.
