It seems like quite a large company.

I had one interview. During the initial phone call, the HR representative made the position sound incredible. After the interview, I spoke with two managers, and the conversation was fairly ordinary, although the senior manager seemed satisfied. The next day, HR contacted me promptly and indicated that everything was fine. We started discussing the salary, and after I provided my salary expectations, they also said there was no problem. They said the process would be confirmed after they returned from the holiday.

Then the nightmare began. After waiting for more than a week, I was confused and sent an email to ask about the status. They suddenly said they were still continuing the interview process, as if everything they had previously said verbally was meaningless. They then kept refusing to give me an answer. Finally, they told me that they would notify me proactively once there was a result. After waiting a full month, I discovered that the job posting had been removed. I emailed again to ask, and only then did they say that they had already found someone. Is this really an acceptable way to handle things? Do they really consider the job seeker's time worthless?
