It seems like a fairly large company.

I had one interview. During the initial phone call, HR painted a very rosy picture. After the interview, I spoke with two managers, and the discussion was fairly ordinary, although the senior manager seemed satisfied. The next day, HR contacted me quickly and indicated that everything was fine. We then began discussing the salary, and after I provided the details, they also said there was no problem. They said that once they returned from the long holiday, they would complete the process and confirm everything.

Then the nightmare began. After waiting for more than a week, I became confused and emailed to ask about it. They suddenly said they were still continuing the interview process, as if everything they had previously said verbally was meaningless. They kept refusing to give me a definite answer. Finally, they told me they would proactively notify me once there was a result. After waiting a full month, I discovered that the job posting had been removed. I emailed again to ask, and only then did they say they had already found someone. Is this really an acceptable way to do things? Do they consider the job seeker’s time worthless?
