1. It is an old company, but there are hardly any long-serving employees; turnover is high, and four people resigned shortly after I joined
2. The company's goals are very unclear. The boss does whatever comes to mind. It looks avant-garde, but the actual benefits are uncertain
3. It is a pharmaceutical and health supplement company, yet there are no dedicated nutritionists or pharmacists responsible for product education and training
4. Sales bonuses are difficult to earn, and the allowances are not very generous
5. The company has no senior executives because it cannot retain them, making the management situation confusing and difficult to navigate
