1. An old company, but with very few long-serving employees; turnover is high, and four people resigned shortly after I joined
2. The company’s goals are very disorganized. The boss does whatever comes to mind. It looks very cutting-edge, but the actual benefits are uncertain
3. It is a pharmaceutical and health-products company, yet there are no dedicated nutritionists or pharmacists responsible for product education and training
4. Sales bonuses are difficult to earn, and the allowances are not generous either
5. The company has no senior executives because it cannot retain them, making management confusing and difficult to navigate
6. Many administrative procedures only become clear when you encounter them
7. Almost all the employees in the company are just struggling to get through each day
