The interview process was completely transparent, and everything was explained very clearly. There are quite a lot of benefits, including free afternoon tea, although it is sometimes unappetizing. Haha. But when it’s your turn, you can choose where to order from for everyone. All of my colleagues are very nice. They give advice and point you in the right direction.

There are many departments. Everyone is very quiet, which took some getting used to at first. It means everyone is diligently working, though, which is a good thing. It allows you to work quietly. The air conditioning is too cold—I can’t feel summer at all. I’m even reluctant to turn on the air conditioning at home.
