There are too many drawbacks to count. I absolutely do not recommend working as a salesperson at Taiwan Mobile: the pay is low, the workload is heavy, and the colleagues are of poor quality.

Because a certain sales unit is basically an imperial court.

There is a self-important local emperor in the court, and everyone has to obey him.

The managers underneath him are like little lapdogs, spending all day wanting only to lick the emperor’s boots. They live no differently from eunuchs.

These managers normally can’t stand one another but have to pretend to be best friends. Their usual hobbies are spreading rumors and verbally attacking others, and they don’t even spare their subordinates. Even after all the salespeople underneath them have left, they still smugly think they are very capable and good at what they do. They have never reflected on whether they did anything wrong or failed to treat their subordinates or colleagues well, because all they think about is how to get promoted.

I recommend that capable people not stay in this terrible unit. Those who leave all end up better off than them, earning more money without having to suffer grievances or put up with their emotional manipulation.
