There are too many drawbacks to count. I absolutely do not recommend working in sales at Taiwan Mobile: the pay is low, the workload is heavy, and the colleagues are of poor quality.

Because a certain sales unit is basically an imperial court.

There is a self-important local emperor in the court, and everyone has to obey him.

The managers under him are like pugs, spending all day wanting only to lick the emperor and living no differently from eunuchs.

These managers normally cannot stand one another but have to pretend to be best friends. Their usual hobbies are spreading rumors and verbally attacking others; they do not even spare their subordinates. Even after all the sales staff under them have left, they still congratulate themselves and think they are very capable and competent. They have never reflected on whether they did anything wrong or failed to treat their subordinates or colleagues well, because all they think about is how to get promoted.

I recommend that capable people not stay in this terrible unit. Everyone who has left is doing better than they are, earning more money without having to suffer or endure their emotional manipulation.
