At first, a woman conducted a brief interview and test (she explained the questions orally, but not very clearly, and the answers were written on the back of the résumé). She was very friendly.
The office atmosphere was rather serious and very quiet. The entire process took less than half an hour. After waiting for the supervisor (the boss’s wife) to finish a meeting, the interview took place beside the supervisor’s desk (in the accounting office). However, the interviewer’s eyes remained on the computer and had not reviewed my résumé in advance. It took several minutes before she turned around and picked up my résumé. The job benefits and employment conditions were not explained; only the general duties were demonstrated. While looking at the test questions and résumé, she somewhat belittled me and questioned my educational background. In the middle of the interview, a young man was called in and reprimanded, and he did not dare say anything. We could only continue the interview after they finished talking. I can only say that this interview was not very pleasant.
