At first, a woman conducted a brief interview and test (she explained the questions orally, but not very clearly, and the answers were written on the back of the résumé). She was very kind.
The office atmosphere was rather serious and very quiet. The entire process took less than half an hour. After waiting for the supervisor (the owner’s wife) to finish a meeting, the interview was held beside the supervisor’s desk (in the accounting office). However, the interviewer’s attention remained on the computer. She had not looked at my résumé beforehand either, and only turned around to pick it up and read it after waiting a few minutes. The job benefits and conditions were not explained; they only demonstrated the general work duties. While looking at the test questions and résumé, the interviewer somewhat belittled me and questioned my educational background. In the middle of the interview, a young man was called in and reprimanded, and he did not dare say anything. Only after they finished talking did the interview continue. All I can say is that this interview was not very pleasant.
