At first, a woman conducted a brief interview and test (she explained the questions verbally, but not very clearly, and the answers were written on the back of the résumé). She was very friendly.
The office atmosphere was rather serious and very quiet. The entire process took less than half an hour. After waiting for the supervisor (the boss’s wife) to finish a meeting, the interview took place beside the supervisor’s desk (in the accounting office). However, the interviewer’s eyes remained on the computer and had not looked at my résumé beforehand. After waiting a few minutes, she finally turned around and picked up the résumé to read it. The job benefits and conditions were not explained; only an approximate demonstration of the job duties was provided. While reviewing the test questions and résumé, she was somewhat belittling and questioned my educational background. At one point, a young man was called in and reprimanded, and he did not dare say anything. The interview resumed only after they finished talking. All I can say is that this interview was not very pleasant.
