Workplace reviews and discussion: 永詮機器工業股份有限公司

At first, a young woman conducted a simple interview and test (she explained the questions verbally, but not very clearly; the answers were written on the back of the résumé). She was very friendly.

The office atmosphere was rather serious and very quiet. The entire process took less than half an hour. After waiting for the supervisor (the owner's wife) to finish a meeting, the interview was held beside the supervisor's desk (in the accounting office). However, the interviewer kept looking at the computer and had not reviewed my résumé beforehand. After waiting a few minutes, she finally turned around and picked up my résumé. The job benefits and conditions were not explained; only an approximate overview of the job duties was demonstrated. While looking at the test questions and résumé, she somewhat belittled me and questioned my educational background. Partway through, a young man was called in and reprimanded; he did not dare say anything. The interview continued only after they finished talking. All I can say is that this interview was not very pleasant.
