At first, a woman conducted a brief interview and test (she explained the questions verbally, but not very clearly, and the answers were written on the back of the résumé). She was very friendly.
The office atmosphere was rather serious and very quiet. The entire process took less than half an hour. After waiting for the supervisor (the owner’s wife) to finish a meeting, the interview was held beside the supervisor’s desk (in the accounting office). However, the interviewer’s eyes remained on the computer, and they had not looked at my résumé beforehand. It took several minutes before they turned around to pick up and read my résumé. The job benefits and conditions were not explained; they only demonstrated the general duties. While looking at the test questions and résumé, the interviewer seemed somewhat belittling and questioned my educational background. During the interview, a young man was called in and reprimanded, and he did not dare say anything. We could only continue the interview after they finished talking. I can only say that this interview was not very pleasant.
