At first, a woman conducted a simple interview and test (she explained the questions verbally, but not very clearly; the answers were written on the back of the résumé). She was very friendly.
The office atmosphere was rather serious and very quiet. The entire process took less than half an hour. After waiting for the supervisor (the owner’s wife) to finish a meeting, the interview was conducted beside the supervisor’s desk (in the accounting office). However, the interviewer’s attention remained on the computer, and she had not looked at my résumé beforehand. It took several minutes before she turned around to pick up and read my résumé. The job benefits and conditions were not explained; she only demonstrated the general nature of the work. While looking at the test questions and résumé, she somewhat belittled me and questioned my educational background. During the interview, a young man was called in and reprimanded, and he did not dare say anything. The interview resumed only after they finished talking. I can only say that this interview was not very pleasant.
