At first, a woman conducted a simple interview and test (the questions were explained verbally and were not very clear; the answers were written on the back of the résumé). She was very kind.
The office atmosphere was rather serious and very quiet. The entire process took less than half an hour. After waiting for the supervisor (the owner’s wife) to finish a meeting, the interview took place beside the supervisor’s desk (in the accounting office). However, the interviewer’s eyes remained on the computer, and she had not looked at my résumé beforehand. It took several minutes before she turned around and picked up my résumé to read it. The job benefits and conditions were not explained; only an approximate overview of the job duties was demonstrated. While looking at the test questions and résumé, she somewhat belittled me and questioned my educational background. At one point, a young man was called in and reprimanded, and he did not dare say anything. The interview resumed only after they finished talking. All I can say is that this interview was not very pleasant.
