At first, a woman conducted a brief interview and test (she explained the questions verbally, but not very clearly; the answers were written on the back of the résumé). The woman was very friendly.
The office environment was rather serious and very quiet. The entire process took less than half an hour. After waiting for the supervisor (the boss’s wife) to finish a meeting, the interview took place beside the supervisor’s desk (in the accounting office). However, the interviewer’s attention remained on the computer, and they had not looked at my résumé beforehand. After waiting a few minutes, they turned around and picked up the résumé. The job benefits and conditions were not explained; they only gave a rough demonstration of the work. While looking at the test questions and résumé, they somewhat belittled me and questioned my educational background. During the interview, a young person was called in and reprimanded, and did not dare say anything. We continued the interview only after they finished talking. All I can say is that this interview was not very pleasant.
