Workplace reviews and discussion: 永詮機器工業股份有限公司

At first, a woman conducted a brief interview and a test (she explained the questions verbally, but not very clearly, and the answers were written on the back of the résumé). The woman was very kind.

The atmosphere in the office was rather serious and very quiet. The entire process took less than half an hour. After waiting for the supervisor (the owner’s wife) to finish a meeting, the interview was held beside the supervisor’s desk (in the accounting office). However, the interviewer kept looking at the computer and had not looked at my résumé beforehand. After waiting a few minutes, she turned around to take the résumé and look at it. The job benefits and conditions were not explained; they only demonstrated the general work duties. While looking at the test questions and résumé, the interviewer somewhat belittled me and questioned my educational background. Partway through, a young man was called in and reprimanded, and he did not dare say anything. The interview continued only after they finished talking. I can only say that this interview was not very pleasant.
