Pros

There is nothing particularly good to say about the company.

Cons

It’s hilarious that the Planning Department is padding the reviews, likes to blatantly lie, and is even conducting exit interviews with people from the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the company—do you really dare provoke them?

Why not look at how many people the company loses in a month, and how much the managers earn each month? The heads of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, with people constantly coming and going, and show no respect. Apart from buying lunch on Mondays, what else does the company do?

The person who speaks the loudest on the phone, has the worst manners, and the least patience in the entire company—surely you know exactly who you are.

What kind of good company never reflects on why it can’t retain employees?

What kind of salary are you paying employees? What kind of attitude and expression do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers usually put on?

Managers, you happily collect an extra NT$20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Then, whenever something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can’t come up with any useful discussion at all. Nobody knows what Monday meetings are even about. Or do you only discuss Clairvoyance???????

You can’t properly train new sales staff or new PMs. Accounting is constantly deducting this and that from the sales staff and the company. You complain about the use of company vehicles to the sales staff, and then casually handle customer feedback without knowing whom to shift responsibility to. There are countless violations of the Labor Standards Act; a large number of former and current employees all know about them. And you still have the nerve to pad the reviews and call yourselves a good company? I don’t get it.

If, after reading this far, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then go ahead and continue whitewashing this company.

A system that allows an entire department to walk out should really be thoroughly reviewed by management themselves.

Oh, sorry.

I forgot that with a boss like that, there wouldn’t be any self-reflection anyway.

The managers underneath can only be afraid of making the boss angry.

So amazing 👍
