There are hardly any advantages to speak of when it comes to work.
It’s hilarious how the Planning Department is scrubbing reviews and likes to lie through its teeth. They’re even conducting exit interviews with people from the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the company—do you dare mess with them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses in a month, or how much the managers make? The heads of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. What does the company do on Mondays besides provide lunch?
Who is the loudest, rudest, and most impatient person on the phone in the whole company? They really know perfectly well who it is.
What kind of good company has never wanted to examine why it can’t retain employees?
What kind of salaries do you give employees? What kind of attitude and expressions do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers usually put on?
Managers, you happily take an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Then, whenever something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can’t come up with a damn thing in your discussions. Nobody knows what Monday meetings are even about. Or can you only discuss Tianyan Tong??????????
You can’t properly train new sales staff, you can’t properly train new PMs, Accounting is constantly making deductions from sales staff and the company, complaining to the sales staff about their use of company vehicles, and then treating customer feedback casually without knowing who to pass the responsibility to. There are countless violations of the Labor Standards Act, and a large number of former and current employees all know it. How dare you scrub the reviews and call yourselves a good company? I don’t get it.
If you’ve read this far and still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company.
A system where an entire department can walk out should really be thoroughly reviewed.

I forgot that with a boss like that, there won’t be any self-reflection.
The managers below can only be afraid of making the boss angry.
