There are no real advantages to speak of regarding the work.
It’s hilarious that the Planning Department is manipulating reviews, likes to blatantly lie, and is even conducting exit interviews with people from the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the company—do you really dare provoke them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses each month and how much the managers earn? The heads of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. What does the company do on Mondays besides providing lunch?
Who is the loudest, rudest, and most impatient person on the phone in the entire company? They really know perfectly well who they are.
What kind of good company never considers why it can’t retain its employees?
What kind of salary is that for employees? What kind of attitude and expression do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers usually put on?
Managers, you happily collect an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Then whenever something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can’t come up with a damn thing to discuss. At the Monday meetings, nobody knows what you’re even meeting about—or can you only discuss clairvoyance??????????
You can’t train new salespeople properly, you can’t train new PMs properly, Accounting is constantly deducting this and that from salespeople and the company, and complaining at the salespeople about their use of company cars. Then when it comes to responding to customers’ opinions, you handle it carelessly and nobody knows whom you’re pushing responsibility onto. There are countless violations of the Labor Standards Act; a whole lot of former and current employees know about them. And you have the nerve to manipulate reviews and call yourselves a good company? I don’t get it.
If, after reading this, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company.
A system under which an entire department can walk out should really be seriously reviewed.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that with a boss like that, there won’t be any self-reflection anyway.
The managers below them only know how to be afraid of making the boss angry.
So great 👍
