There is nothing much to say in favor of the company when it comes to business.
This is hilarious—the Planning Department is manipulating reviews, happily spouting blatant lies, and even conducting exit interviews with people from the Telemarketing Department. The longest-serving person is in the Telemarketing Department; they know everything that goes on in the entire company. Do you dare mess with them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses in a month, and how much the managers earn? The heads of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. What does the company do on Mondays besides ordering lunch?
The person who talks the loudest on the phone, has the worst manners, and the least patience in the whole company—everyone knows exactly who that is.
What kind of good company never considers why it can't retain its employees?
What kind of salary do you pay your employees? What kind of attitude and facial expressions do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers usually put on?
Managers, you each happily take an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Yet every time something goes wrong at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can't come up with any useful discussion. No one knows what Monday meetings are even about. Or can you only discuss the all-seeing eye??????????
You can't properly train new salespeople or new PMs. Accounting is constantly deducting this and that from salespeople and the company. They give the salespeople endless grief over the use of company cars, and when it comes to responding to customers' opinions, they handle things carelessly and no one knows whom they're going to pin the blame on. There are piles of violations of the Labor Standards Act; countless former and current employees all know it. And you still have the nerve to manipulate reviews claiming you're a good company? I don't get it.
If, after reading this, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company.
A system under which an entire department can walk out should really be thoroughly reviewed.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that, given the boss's behavior, there wouldn't be any self-reflection anyway.
The managers below them only know how to worry about making the boss angry.
Great job 👍
