There’s really nothing positive to say about the company.
It’s hilarious how the Planning Department is fabricating reviews, happily talking nonsense with a straight face, and even conducting exit interviews with people from the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the company—do you really dare to mess with them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses every month, and how much the managers earn each month? The heads of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. Besides buying lunch on Mondays, what else does the company actually do?
Everyone knows perfectly well who in the whole company speaks the loudest on the phone, has the worst manners, and is the most impatient.
What kind of good company never reflects on why it can’t retain its employees?
What kind of salary are you paying employees? What kind of attitude and expression do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing supervisors usually put on?
Managers, you comfortably collect an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Yet every time something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can’t come up with any useful discussion. No one knows what Monday meetings are even about. Or are you only capable of discussing clairvoyance??????????
You can’t properly train new salespeople or new PMs. Accounting is constantly deducting this or that from the sales staff and the company. They complain at the sales staff about the use of company vehicles, and when it comes to customer feedback, they handle it carelessly and no one knows whom they’re trying to shift the responsibility to. There are countless violations of the Labor Standards Act, and a great many former and current employees know about them. How dare you fabricate reviews claiming that you’re a good company? I don’t understand.
If, after reading this, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company.
A system that can cause an entire department to leave should really be thoroughly reviewed.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that, given the boss’s behavior, there won’t be any self-reflection anyway.
The managers below only know how to worry about making the boss angry.
Great job 👍
