There is hardly anything positive to say about the company in terms of business matters.
It's really hilarious that the Planning Department is padding the reviews—do you like keeping your eyes open and talking nonsense? And now you're even conducting exit interviews with people from the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the company. Do you dare mess with them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses in a month, and how much the managers earn every month? The managers of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. What does the company do on Mondays besides providing lunch?
Who is the loudest, rudest, and most impatient person on the phone in the entire company? You really know the answer yourselves.
What kind of good company never tries to examine why it can't retain employees?
What kind of salary are you paying employees? What kind of attitude and expressions do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers usually put on?
Managers, you happily collect an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Yet every time something happens at the company and employees need support and assistance, you can't come up with any useful discussion. At Monday meetings, you don't even know what you're meeting about—or can you only discuss clairvoyance???????
You can't properly train new salespeople, you can't properly train new PMs, Accounting is constantly making deductions from salespeople and the company, and complaining to salespeople about the use of company vehicles. Then, when it comes to customers' feedback, you handle it carelessly and have no idea who to shift the blame to. There are countless violations of the Labor Standards Act, and a whole lot of former and current employees know it. How dare you pad the reviews and call yourselves a good company? I don't get it.
If, after reading this far, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep covering for this company.
A system that allows an entire department to walk out should really be seriously examined by you.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that with a boss like that, there wouldn't be any self-reflection anyway.
The managers below only know how to be afraid of making the boss angry.
Great job 👍
