There is nothing much to say in favor of the company when it comes to business.
It’s really laughable that the Planning Department is manipulating reviews and likes to keep lying through its teeth. They’re even conducting exit interviews with people from the Telemarketing Department, when the person who has been there the longest is in that very department and knows everything about the whole company. Do you dare mess with them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses in a month, and how much the managers earn each month? The managers of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. Besides ordering lunch on Mondays, what else does the company actually do?
Everyone knows perfectly well who in the whole company talks on the phone the loudest, is the rudest, and has the least patience.
What kind of good company never reflects on why it can’t retain employees?
What kind of salary are you paying employees? What kind of attitude and expression do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers usually put on?
Managers, you happily collect an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance of the employees in your departments. Yet every time something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can’t come up with any useful discussion at all. At Monday meetings, no one knows what you’re even meeting about—or can you only discuss clairvoyance??????????
You can’t train new salespeople properly, you can’t train new PMs properly, Accounting is constantly deducting this and that from the sales staff and the company, and complaining to the sales staff about their use of company cars. Then, when it comes to customer feedback, you deal with it carelessly and no one knows whom you’re trying to shift the blame to. There are piles of labor-law violations, and a huge number of former and current employees all know it. How dare you manipulate reviews to make yourselves look like a good company? I don’t get it.
If, after reading this, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company.
A system under which an entire department can walk out should really be thoroughly reviewed by the company itself.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that with a boss like that, there won’t be any self-reflection anyway.
The managers below only know how to be afraid of upsetting the boss.
So great 👍
