There is nothing much to praise when it comes to work.
It’s hilarious that the Planning Department is manipulating reviews, shamelessly lying, and even conducting exit interviews with people from the Telemarketing Department. The longest-serving person is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the company—do you dare mess with them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses in a month, and how much the managers earn each month? Every department manager treats the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and shows no respect for people. What does the company do on Mondays besides ordering lunch?
Who is the loudest, rudest, and most impatient person on the phone in the entire company? You all know perfectly well who it is.
What kind of good company never stops to examine why it can’t retain its employees?
What kind of salary are you giving employees? What kind of attitude and facial expressions do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers usually put on?
Managers, you each happily collect an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Yet whenever something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can’t come up with a single useful discussion. Nobody knows what Monday meetings are even about—or do you only discuss supernatural surveillance???????
You can’t properly train new salespeople or new PMs. Accounting is constantly deducting this and that from salespeople and the company. You complain to the salespeople about using company cars, while customer feedback is handled casually, with no idea who should take responsibility and everyone passing the blame. There are countless violations of the Labor Standards Act, and a whole lot of former and current employees know it. And you have the nerve to manipulate reviews claiming you’re a good company? I don’t get it.
If, after reading this far, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company’s reputation.
A system under which an entire department can walk out en masse really needs some serious self-reflection.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that with a boss like that, there wouldn’t be any self-reflection anyway.
The managers below only know how to fear making the boss angry.
So great 👍
