Pros

There are hardly any advantages to speak of when it comes to the work.

Cons

It’s hilarious—the Planning Department is fabricating reviews, likes to lie through its teeth, and is even conducting exit interviews with people from the Call Center Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Call Center Department and knows everything about the company. You really dare provoke them?

Why not look at how many people the company loses each month and how much the managers earn? The heads of every department treat the employees beneath them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. What does the company do on Mondays besides providing lunch?

Who is the loudest, rudest, and most impatient person on the phone in the entire company? You all know perfectly well who it is.

What kind of good company has never wanted to examine why it cannot retain employees?

What kind of salary do you give employees? What kind of attitude and facial expressions do the Accounting, PM, and Call Center managers usually put on?

Managers, you happily collect an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Yet whenever something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can’t discuss or come up with a damn thing. What are you even discussing at the Monday meetings? Or can you only discuss the all-seeing eye??????????

You can’t properly train new sales staff or new PMs. Accounting is constantly making all sorts of deductions from sales staff and the company. You complain about the use of company cars to the sales staff, and when it comes to customers’ feedback, you handle it carelessly and have no idea who to push the responsibility onto. There are piles of violations of the Labor Standards Act; a whole lot of former and current employees know it. And you still have the nerve to fabricate reviews claiming you’re a good company? I don’t get it.

If, after reading this far, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company.

A system in which an entire department can walk out really deserves serious self-reflection.

Oh, sorry.

I forgot that, given the boss’s conduct, there wouldn’t be any self-reflection anyway.

The managers underneath can only be afraid of making the boss angry.

So great 👍
