There is nothing much to praise when it comes to the work.
This is hilarious—the Planning Department is manipulating reviews, happily keeping their eyes open while talking nonsense, and even conducting exit interviews with people from the Customer Phone Interview Department. The longest-serving employees are in that department; they know everything about the company. Do you dare mess with them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses in a month, or how much the managers earn each month? The heads of every department treat their employees like disposable chopsticks, letting people come and go, and show no respect for them. What else does the company do on Mondays besides buying lunch?
Who is the loudest, rudest, and most impatient person on the phone in the entire company? They really know it themselves.
What kind of good company never considers why it cannot retain its employees?
What kind of wages do you pay employees? What kind of attitude and facial expressions do the Accounting, PM, and Customer Phone Interview managers usually put on?
Managers, you happily take an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Yet whenever something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you cannot discuss or come up with a single useful solution. At Monday meetings, you do not even know what you are meeting about. Or do you only know how to discuss clairvoyance??????????
You cannot properly train new sales staff or new PMs. Accounting is constantly making arbitrary deductions from sales staff and the company. You complain to the sales staff about their use of company vehicles, and when customers provide feedback, you handle it carelessly and do not even know whom to pass the responsibility to. There are countless violations of the Labor Standards Act, and a large number of former and current employees know about them. How can you have the nerve to manipulate reviews and call yourselves a good company? I do not understand.
If, after reading this, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company.
A system in which an entire department can walk out should really be thoroughly reviewed by the company itself.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that with a boss like that, there would not be any self-reflection anyway.
The managers below only know how to be afraid of making the boss angry.
So great, huh? 👍
