Pros

There’s really nothing positive to say about the work.

Cons

This is hilarious—the Planning Department is padding the reviews, fond of lying with a straight face, and even conducting exit interviews with the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the company. Do you dare provoke them?

Why not look at how many people the company loses in a month and how much the managers earn? The managers of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. Besides ordering lunch on Mondays, what else does the company do?

The person in the whole company who talks the loudest on the phone, is the rudest, and has the least patience—everyone really knows who that is.

What kind of good company has never wanted to examine why it cannot retain employees?

What kind of wages do you pay employees? What kind of attitude and expression do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers usually put on?

Managers, you happily take an extra NT$20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Then every time something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can’t discuss or come up with a solution to anything. At Monday meetings, you don’t even seem to know what you’re meeting about. Or do you only discuss clairvoyance??????????

You can’t train new salespeople properly, you can’t train new PMs properly, Accounting is constantly deducting this and that from the sales staff and the company, and complaining to the sales staff about the use of company vehicles. Then, when responding to customers’ feedback, you deal with it carelessly and seem not to know whom to pass the responsibility to. There are countless violations of the Labor Standards Act; a large number of former and current employees all know about them. And you still have the nerve to pad the reviews and call yourselves a good company? I don’t get it.

If, after reading this far, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company.

A system that allows an entire department to leave should really be thoroughly reviewed.

Oh, sorry.

I forgot that, given the boss’s behavior, there won’t be any self-reflection anyway.

The managers underneath only know how to worry about making the boss angry.

So wonderful 👍
