Pros

There is nothing much to say in terms of advantages.

Cons

This is hilarious—the Planning Department is polishing reviews, happily lying through their teeth, and even conducting exit interviews with people from the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything that goes on in the entire company. You dare provoke them?

Why not look at how many people the company loses every month, and how much the managers earn each month? The managers of every department treat the employees beneath them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. What does the company do on Mondays besides providing lunch?

Who is the loudest, rudest, and most impatient person on the phone in the entire company? You really know perfectly well who it is.

What kind of good company has never wanted to review why it cannot retain employees?

What kind of salaries do you pay employees? What kind of airs and attitudes do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers put on in their daily work?

Managers, you happily take an extra NT$20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Yet every time something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you cannot come up with a single useful discussion. Nobody knows what Monday meetings are even about. Or do you only discuss clairvoyance??????????

You cannot properly train new salespeople, cannot properly train new PMs, and Accounting is constantly making deductions from the salespeople and the company. You complain to the salespeople about using company vehicles, while responses to customers’ feedback are handled casually, with no idea who will be made responsible or where the blame will be pushed. There are countless violations of the Labor Standards Act, and a large number of former and current employees know it. How dare you polish the reviews and call yourselves a good company? I don’t understand.

If, after reading this far, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company.

A system under which an entire department can walk out should really be thoroughly reviewed by you.

Oh, sorry.

I forgot that with a boss like that, there wouldn’t be any self-reflection anyway.

The managers below can only worry about making the boss angry.

So wonderful 👍
