There is nothing much to praise when it comes to work.
This is hilarious—the Planning Department is manipulating reviews, happily lying through its teeth, and even conducting exit interviews with people from the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the company. Do you really dare mess with them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses in a month, and how much the managers earn? Every department manager treats the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and shows no respect for people. What else does the company do on Mondays besides providing lunch?
Who is the loudest, rudest, and most impatient person on the phone in the entire company? You really know the answer in your own heart.
What kind of good company has never wanted to reflect on why it cannot retain employees?
What kind of salary are you giving employees? What kind of attitude and expression do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing supervisors usually put on?
Managers, you each happily receive an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Then, whenever something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you cannot come up with any useful discussion at all. What exactly are you discussing at the Monday meetings? Or can you only discuss clairvoyance???????
You cannot properly train new salespeople or new PMs. Accounting is constantly making arbitrary deductions from the sales team and the company. You complain about the use of company cars by the sales team, and then you casually handle customers’ feedback without knowing whom to shift the responsibility to. There are countless violations of the Labor Standards Act; a large number of former and current employees all know about them. And you have the nerve to manipulate reviews to claim that you are a good company? I don’t understand.
If, after reading this, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company.
A system under which an entire department can walk out should really be thoroughly reviewed.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that, given the boss’s behavior, there would not be any self-reflection anyway.
The supervisors below only know how to worry about making the boss angry.
Great job 👍
