There are hardly any advantages to speak of in terms of the work.
It’s hilarious that the Planning Department is manipulating the reviews, enjoying making absurd claims with a straight face, and even conducting exit interviews with people from the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the whole company—do you dare provoke them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses in a month, and how much the managers earn each month? The managers of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. What else does the company do on Mondays besides providing lunch?
Who is the loudest, rudest, and most impatient person on the phone in the whole company? They really know perfectly well who they are.
What kind of good company never reflects on why it can’t retain employees?
What kind of salary do you give employees? What kind of airs and attitude do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers normally put on?
Managers, you happily take an extra NT$20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Yet every time something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can’t come up with a single useful discussion. At Monday meetings, you don’t even know what you’re meeting about—or can you only discuss 天眼通??????
You can’t properly train new sales staff or new PMs. Accounting is constantly making deductions from sales staff and the company for one thing or another. They complain at the sales staff about their use of company vehicles, while customer feedback is handled casually too, with no idea who is supposed to take responsibility and everyone passing the blame. There are piles of violations of the Labor Standards Act. A whole lot of former and current employees know about them. How dare you manipulate the reviews to claim you’re a good company? I don’t get it.
If, after reading this, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then go ahead and keep whitewashing this company.
A system that can drive an entire department to leave should really be thoroughly reviewed.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that with a boss like that, there won’t be any self-reflection.
The managers underneath only know how to fear making the boss angry.
So amazing 👍
