There’s really nothing good to say about the company.
It’s hilarious that the Planning Department is fabricating reviews, likes to blatantly lie, and is even conducting exit interviews with the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the entire company—do you really dare mess with them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses every month, and how much the managers earn each month? The managers of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting people come and go, and show no respect for anyone. What does the company do on Mondays besides providing lunch?
Who is the loudest, rudest, and most impatient person on the phone in the entire company? You know perfectly well who it is.
What kind of good company never considers why it can’t retain its employees?
What kind of salary are you paying employees? What kind of attitude and expression do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers usually put on?
Managers, you happily collect an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Then whenever something goes wrong at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can’t come up with a single useful solution. At Monday meetings, you don’t even know what you’re discussing—or do you only know how to discuss clairvoyance??????????
You can’t properly train new sales staff or new PMs. Accounting is constantly deducting this and that from sales staff and the company. You complain to sales staff about the use of company vehicles, and when customers raise concerns, you handle them carelessly and don’t know whom to shift the blame to. There are countless violations of the Labor Standards Act, and a great many former and current employees know it. How dare you manipulate reviews to portray yourselves as a good company? I don’t get it.
If, after reading this far, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company.
A system under which an entire department can walk out should really be thoroughly reviewed.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that with a boss behaving like that, there won’t be any self-reflection anyway.
The managers below only know how to fear making the boss angry.
Great job 👍
