There is practically nothing positive to say about the company.
It’s hilarious that the Planning Department is manipulating reviews, happily talking nonsense with a straight face, and even conducting exit interviews with people from the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been here the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the company—do you dare provoke them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses in a month, and how much the managers earn each month? Every department manager treats the employees beneath them as disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and shows no respect for people. What else does the company do on Mondays besides ordering lunch?
Who is the loudest, rudest, and most impatient person on the phone in the whole company? You really know the answer yourself.
What kind of good company never reflects on why it can’t retain employees?
What kind of salary do you pay employees? What kind of attitude and facial expressions do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers normally put on?
Managers, you comfortably take an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Then whenever something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can’t come up with a single useful discussion. At Monday meetings, you don’t even know what you’re meeting about. Or can you only discuss clairvoyance??????????
You can’t properly train new salespeople or new PMs. Accounting is constantly deducting this and that from salespeople and the company. You complain to the salespeople about their use of company vehicles, and when customers provide feedback, you handle it carelessly and don’t know whom to shift the responsibility to. There are piles of labor-law violations, and a large number of former and current employees all know it. How dare you manipulate reviews to claim you’re a good company? I don’t get it.
If, after reading this far, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company.
A system that allows an entire department to leave should really be seriously reviewed by yourselves.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that with the boss’s conduct, there won’t be any self-reflection anyway.
The managers underneath only know how to fear making the boss angry.
Great job 👍
