There are hardly any advantages to speak of when it comes to work.
This is hilarious—the Planning Department is laundering reviews, likes to blatantly lie, and is even conducting exit interviews with the Call Center Department. The person who has been here the longest is in the Call Center Department and knows everything that goes on in the entire company. You really want to mess with them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses each month, and how much the managers earn each month? Every department manager treats the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and shows them no respect. What does the company do on Mondays besides ordering lunch?
Who is the loudest, rudest, and most impatient person on the phone in the entire company? You really know the answer yourselves.
What kind of good company never reflects on why it can't retain employees?
What kind of salary do you give employees? What kind of airs and attitudes do the Accounting, PM, and Call Center managers put on every day?
Managers, you happily take an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Then every time something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can't come up with a single useful discussion. Nobody knows what Monday meetings are even about. Or can you only discuss Clairvoyance???????
You can't properly train new salespeople or new PMs. Accounting is constantly deducting this and that from salespeople and from the company. They complain at the salespeople about using company vehicles, and then they deal with customer feedback carelessly, without knowing who to pass the responsibility to. There are countless violations of the Labor Standards Act. A whole host of former and current employees know about them. And you have the nerve to manipulate reviews to make yourselves look like a good company? I don't get it.
If, after reading this far, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company.
A system under which an entire department can walk out should really be thoroughly reviewed.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that with a boss like that, there won't be any self-reflection.
The managers under him only know how to worry about making the boss angry.
So amazing 👍
