Pros

There is virtually nothing positive to say about the company.

Cons

It’s hilarious that the Planning Department is manipulating reviews and pretending otherwise, and even conducting exit interviews with people from the Telemarketing Department. The longest-serving employee is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the company—do you really dare mess with them?

Why not look at how many people the company loses in a month and how much the managers earn? Every department manager treats the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and shows no respect for people. What else does the company do on Mondays besides providing lunch?

Everyone knows perfectly well who in the entire company speaks the loudest on the phone, is the rudest, and has the least patience.

What kind of good company never reflects on why it can’t retain employees?

What kind of salaries are you paying employees? What kind of attitude and expressions do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers usually put on?

Managers, you happily collect an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Then, whenever something goes wrong at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can’t come up with anything useful to discuss. What are you even discussing in the Monday meetings? Or can you only discuss Clairvoyance???????

You can’t properly train new salespeople or new PMs. Accounting is constantly deducting this or that from the sales staff and the company. They complain at the sales staff about using company vehicles, and when it comes to customer feedback, they handle it carelessly and don’t know whom to push responsibility onto. There are countless violations of the Labor Standards Act, and a large number of former and current employees know it. How can you shamelessly manipulate reviews to claim that you’re a good company? I don’t understand.

If, after reading this, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep covering for this company.

A system under which an entire department can walk out should really be thoroughly reviewed.

Oh, sorry.

I forgot that with a boss like that, there wouldn’t be any self-reflection anyway.

The managers below only know how to be afraid of making the boss angry.

So wonderful 👍
