There’s really nothing positive to say about the company.
It’s hilarious how the Planning Department is manipulating reviews and likes to lie through its teeth. They’re even conducting exit interviews with people from the Call Center Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Call Center Department and knows everything that goes on in the company—are you sure you want to mess with them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses every month, or how much the managers earn each month? The heads of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. What does the company do on Mondays besides buy lunch?
The person who talks the loudest on the phone, has the worst manners, and the least patience in the whole company—who that is, you all know perfectly well.
What kind of good company never considers why it can’t retain employees?
What kind of wages do you pay employees? What kind of attitude and looks do the Accounting, PM, and Call Center managers put on all day?
Managers, you happily collect an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Then, whenever something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can’t come up with a damn solution. Nobody knows what Monday meetings are even about. Or do you only discuss clairvoyance??????????
You can’t train new sales staff properly, you can’t train new PMs properly, Accounting is constantly making deductions from sales staff and the company, and complaining to sales staff about the use of company cars. Then, when it comes to responding to customers’ feedback, you handle it carelessly and have no idea who to pass the responsibility to. There are countless violations of the Labor Standards Act. A whole lot of former and current employees know this. And you have the nerve to manipulate reviews and call yourselves a good company? I don’t get it.
If, after reading this far, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then go ahead and keep whitewashing this company.
A system that can make an entire department leave should really be subjected to serious self-reflection.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that with a boss like that, there wouldn’t be any self-reflection.
The managers below them only know how to worry about making the boss angry.
Great job 👍
