There is nothing much to praise about the company’s business practices.
This is hilarious—the Planning Department is padding the reviews, fond of lying through their teeth, and even conducting exit interviews with the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the company. Do you dare mess with them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses in a month, and how much the managers earn each month? Every department manager treats the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and shows no respect for people. Apart from providing lunch on Mondays, what else does the company actually do?
Everyone really knows perfectly well who in the entire company speaks the loudest on the phone, is the rudest, and has the least patience.
What kind of good company has never wanted to examine why it cannot retain employees?
What kind of salary are you paying employees? What kind of attitude and facial expressions do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers usually put on?
Managers, you each happily take an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Yet every time something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you cannot come up with a single useful discussion. No one knows what Monday meetings are even about—or can you only discuss Clairvoyance??????????
You cannot properly train new salespeople or new PMs. Accounting is constantly making deductions from salespeople and the company, while complaining to the sales team about the use of company vehicles. Then, when customers provide feedback, you handle it casually and apparently do not even know whom to shift responsibility to. There are countless violations of the Labor Standards Act, and a huge number of former and current employees know about them. How dare you pad the reviews and call yourselves a good company? I don’t get it.
If, after reading this, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company’s reputation.
A system that can drive an entire department to leave should really be thoroughly reviewed by the company itself.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that, given the boss’s behavior, there will not be any self-reflection anyway.
The subordinate managers only know how to be afraid of making the boss angry.
So great 👍
