Pros

There’s hardly anything positive to say about the company.

Cons

It’s really hilarious—the Planning Department is washing reviews, likes to blatantly lie, and is even conducting exit interviews with the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the company. Do you dare mess with them?

Why not look at how many people the company loses in a month, or how much the managers earn each month? The managers of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. Besides ordering lunch on Mondays, what else does the company do?

The person in the entire company who speaks the loudest on the phone, has the worst manners, and the least patience—who is it? You know perfectly well who you are.

What kind of good company never considers why it can’t retain employees?

What kind of salary do you pay employees? What kind of attitude and facial expressions do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers usually have?

Managers, you happily collect an extra NT$20,000 in allowances each month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Then every time something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can’t come up with a damn solution. At Monday meetings, you don’t even know what you’re meeting about. Or do you only discuss clairvoyance??????????

You can’t properly train new salespeople or new PMs. Accounting is constantly making all sorts of deductions from the sales staff and the company. They complain to the sales staff about using company vehicles, and when it comes to customer feedback, they handle it carelessly and have no idea whom to shift the blame to. There are countless violations of the Labor Standards Act. A large number of former and current employees all know about them. How dare you wash reviews claiming you’re a good company? I don’t get it.

If, after reading this, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company’s reputation.

A system that can drive an entire department to leave should really be thoroughly reviewed.

Oh, sorry.

I forgot that with a boss like that, there wouldn’t be any self-reflection anyway.

The managers underneath only know how to worry about making the boss angry.

Good job 👍
