Pros

There is nothing much to praise when it comes to work.

Cons

It’s really hilarious that the Planning Department is whitewashing reviews, likes to blatantly lie, and is even conducting exit interviews with people from the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the company—do you dare mess with them?

Why not look at how many people the company loses every month, and how much the managers earn each month? The heads of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. What else does the company do on Mondays besides providing lunch?

The person throughout the company who speaks the loudest on the phone, has the worst manners, and the least patience—everyone really knows who that is.

What kind of good company has never considered why it cannot retain employees?

What kind of salary do you give employees? What kind of attitude and facial expressions do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers usually put on?

Managers, you happily take an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance of the employees in your departments. Yet whenever something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you cannot come up with a single useful discussion. No one knows what Monday meetings are even about. Or can you only discuss clairvoyance??????????

You cannot properly train new sales staff or new PMs. Accounting is constantly deducting this and that from sales staff and the company, and complaining to the sales staff about their use of company cars. Then, when it comes to customer feedback, you handle it casually and no one knows whom you are trying to shift responsibility to. There are countless things that violate the Labor Standards Act, and a whole lot of former and current employees know it. How dare you whitewash reviews and call yourselves a good company? I don’t get it.

If, after reading this, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then continue covering for this company.

A system where an entire department can walk out—seriously, take a good look at yourselves.

Oh, sorry.

I forgot that with the boss acting like that, there would not be any self-reflection anyway.

The managers underneath only know how to worry about making the boss angry.

Great job 👍
